1. Who we are

This website is operated by Enterprise HQ Corp, trading as The Joint Venture, a cannabis retail dispensary licensed by the New York State Office of Cannabis Management under license OCM-RETL-25-000461, located at 2 Munsell Road, Medford, NY 11763. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Enterprise HQ Corp; "you" means the person using this website.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.

2. You must be 21 or older

This website is intended only for adults aged 21 years or older. By entering the site and confirming your age, you represent that you are at least 21 years old. We check valid, government-issued photo identification in store, at pickup, and at delivery. We will refuse any sale where identification cannot be produced, appears altered, or does not match the name on the order.

You may not purchase cannabis products on behalf of anyone under 21, and you may not resell any product purchased from us.

3. Ordering, pricing and availability

Our menu, cart and checkout are provided by Dutchie, a third-party e-commerce platform. When you place an order you are also subject to Dutchie’s own terms and privacy policy. Inventory shown reflects live stock and changes throughout the day; items with fewer than five units remaining are removed from the menu automatically.

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable New York State and local cannabis taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and product information accurate, but errors can occur. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel any order, including where an item is mispriced, out of stock, where age or identity cannot be verified, or where filling it would exceed legal purchase limits.

4. Payment

In store we accept cash and debit cards. A $3.50 fee applies to debit card transactions, and a $2.50 fee applies to withdrawals from the on-site ATM. All handling fees are itemized on the digital receipt sent to you by text message.

Online payments are processed through Dutchie, the third party that powers our menu and checkout, for both pickup and delivery orders. We do not receive or store your full payment credentials. Your use of Dutchie is governed by Dutchie’s own terms and privacy policy. You may instead place a pickup order online and pay with cash or debit when you arrive.

5. Pickup and delivery

Pickup:

• No minimum order.
• You choose a one-hour collection window at checkout.
• Orders are packed starting fifteen minutes before your window and held for up to 24 hours.
• You are not charged for orders that are not collected.

Delivery:

• Minimum order of $75 before tax.
• Available in most areas of Suffolk County.
• You choose a two-hour delivery window at checkout.
• Live tracking is provided through OnFleet, a third-party delivery service.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required on delivery. It must match the name on the order, and the recipient must be 21 or older.
• Orders cannot be left unattended, in mailboxes, or on doorsteps, in compliance with New York State regulations.

Please keep your phone available during your delivery window; the driver may call if there is no answer at the door. If delivery cannot be completed because no eligible adult is available to receive and verify the order, the order may be returned and cancelled.

6. Returns

Because of the regulations governing cannabis retail, we cannot accept returns or exchanges except for defective items. We offer a 48-hour return window from the date of purchase for defective products, such as a vaporizer that does not function out of the package. This does not cover user error or damage caused after purchase, and it does not cover a change of mind or an incorrect selection.

An original receipt is required, and in some cases the original packaging is also required. We strongly recommend researching products in advance, particularly for delivery orders.

7. Health, safety and no medical claims

Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing on it should be read as a claim that any cannabis product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any condition. Cannabis products sold here contain THC. They have not been analysed or approved by the US Food and Drug Administration. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using cannabis, particularly if you are pregnant or nursing, take other medication, or have a medical condition.

8. Your use of this site

You agree not to:

• Use the site if you are under 21, or misrepresent your age.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to place an order for resale.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems, or any connected service.
• Copy, scrape, or redistribute site content or photography without our written permission.
• Interfere with the operation of the site, including by automated means.

9. Intellectual property

The Joint Venture name, logo, site design, written content and photography are owned by us or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent. Product names, packaging and brand logos belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify the products we carry.

10. Third-party services and links

This site relies on and links to services operated by others, including Dutchie (menu, cart, checkout and online payment), OnFleet (delivery tracking), Google (maps, reviews and job application forms) and Instagram. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or the way they handle your information. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.

11. Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep this website available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Live menu features depend on Dutchie and may be unavailable during an outage; our store remains open during our posted hours regardless, and you are welcome to call us on (631) 730-6355.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

13. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and the courts of Suffolk County, New York have jurisdiction over any dispute.
