Do I need a medical card to shop at your store?
No medical card is required. All you need is a valid government-issued ID proving you’re 21 or older. We accept driver’s licenses, passports, and state IDs, including out-of-state and international IDs.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 48-hour return window starting from the purchase date for defective items, such as vapes that don’t function straight out of the package (this does not include user-related issues). An original receipt is required, and in some cases, the original packaging may also be needed for returns or exchanges.
What are your hours of operation?
We’re open daily from 9:00 AM. Closing hours vary by day
Sunday–Thursday: 11:00 PM, Friday–Saturday: 1:00 AM.

What payment methods do you accept?
In-store payments:
We accept cash and debit cards. All handling fees will be clearly shown on the digital receipt sent to you via text message.
Debit card fee: $3.50
We also have one on-site ATMs available for your convenience

Currently, we accept online payments only through linked bank accounts using Carrot on our website for both delivery and pick-up orders. Additional details about this third-party payment processor can be found on their website.
If you’d prefer to place a pick-up order and pay with cash or debit at the store, simply place your order through our website and pay upon arrival.

Our website is directly connected to our live inventory and updated daily, allowing you to see exactly what’s available before you visit. Items with fewer than five units remaining are automatically removed from the menu—but don’t worry, we receive new shipments every day.
